Yes! Our web app is fully responsive and works on mobile browsers. We also have a companion iOS app coming soon to the App Store that will let you take your characters and adventures to your IRL table for real tabletop gaming sessions.

We support multiple sign-in methods: Google and Discord with more on the way. Choose your preferred provider on the sign-in page, and we'll handle the rest securely using OAuth 2.0.

Visit your Dashboard, go to Billing, and click "Manage Subscription". You'll be taken to the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel or modify your subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Yes! Go to Pricing, select your new plan, and click "Upgrade" or "Downgrade". Your billing will be prorated automatically. Any unused features from your current plan will carry over where applicable.

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Stripe accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and many digital payment methods. We do not store your payment information directly.

Our AI analyzes your chosen race, class, and any custom directions you provide. It generates a complete D&D 5e-compliant character including optimized stats, a rich backstory, personality traits, starting equipment, and a custom avatar. The entire process takes less than 60 seconds.

Yes! During character creation, you can choose "Manual Allocation" to roll 4d6 (drop lowest) for each ability score and assign them yourself. This gives you full control over your character's build.

We currently support all core D&D 5e races, classes, and backgrounds from the Player's Handbook. We're looking forward to continuously adding support for additional sourcebooks and homebrew content.

Navigate to "Adventures", click "Create Adventure", and provide a theme, difficulty, and any custom directions. Our AI will generate a complete adventure module with acts, scenes, quests, NPCs, and encounters balanced for your party's level.

You can play solo or with a party! Create a party and invite friends, or use our experimental AI Dungeon Master feature (available in Discord) for solo text-based adventures.

Most content (characters, adventures) can be exported as beautifully formatted PDFs. Look for the "Download PDF" button on character sheets and adventure pages. Perfect for bringing to your physical tabletop!

Yes! You can submit your adventures for review, and our admin team will review and assist with any necessary improvements. Once your adventure passes review, it will be published to the Adventure Library where other users can discover, rate, and play it.

Sign in using the "Sign in with Discord" option. This automatically links your Discord account. You can then join our Discord server and interact with the AI Dungeon Master bot.

Our Discord bot provides an experimental AI Dungeon Master that can run text-based adventures, simulate encounters, and respond to player actions in real-time. It's perfect for testing character builds or playing when your regular group isn't available.

AI generation typically takes 10-60 seconds. If it's taking longer, check your internet connection and try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, contact support with details about what you were trying to generate.

First, try refreshing your browser. If the error persists, check if you've reached your plan limits (characters, parties, or adventures). You can view your usage in your Dashboard. If you're still having issues, contact support with a screenshot of the error.

Accounts may be locked for suspicious activity, Terms of Service violations, or payment issues. Contact support immediately at support@haveadventure.com with your account email, and we'll review your case.

Yes! We use industry-standard security including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure OAuth authentication, database encryption, and regular security audits. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Contact support at privacy@haveadventure.com to request account deletion. We'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, in compliance with GDPR and CCPA.
